General features

* No cancellation & change & refund will be accepted by the facility for the cancellation / non-refundable room types of the facility.

* Outdoor activities are available in the facility. Guests pay the activity prices directly to the facility. The facility can be contacted for information on all activities.

* Marriage certificate is not required for couple accommodation.

* For half board stays; Room open buffet breakfast, open buffet dinner, one soft drink to be taken with meals, five o'clock tea with cookies, health club usage (Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, indoor swimming pool, gym) are free.

* We have free moviemax broadcasts in all our rooms and free league TV broadcasts in our general areas.

* For half board stays, all meals are served as open buffet or set menu depending on the number of people staying at the hotel. One glass of soft drink and five o'clock tea at dinner is included in our prices above.

* Table tennis, billiards, bowling, children's game machines, hairdresser, market, massage, paintball, ATV safari, horse club, mountain bike, football field usage (except camping periods) are paid services.

* Ski Rental Room: Our facility is Turkey's biggest Europe's 3rd largest ski rental center used the latest technology in the area of ​​1000 m² board room ski rental. Our guests with smart cards can rent skis, snowboards and ski clothes without waiting in line. In the room managed by a computer network, all operations are monitored and controlled from a single center.

* Ski Tracks: There are a total of 17 tracks, the length of which varies between 450 m and 3200 m, which are divided into easy, difficult and very difficult according to their difficulty. There are 3 chair lifts and 2 teleskis. Ski slopes serve depending on weather conditions and snowfall.

* Ski School: It serves with 15 experienced ski and snowboard instructors.

* The chair lift fee is not included in the accommodation. Extra fee.

* Cafe Kartepe; Closed area; It is a mountain cafe with a capacity of 40 guests, which is also called the stopover place for skiers, which provides beverage and fast food service between 10:00 / 17:00 depending on weather conditions. Transportation is only by the Chairlift and is not for pedestrian use. The services provided in this unit are paid.
